How do I convert Markdown notes to Anki?

Steps

   Collect Markdown

   Copy a chapter or upload a .md file into Anything / PDF to Flashcards (text path).

   Generate cards

   Use BYOK generation or structured Q::A lines if you already wrote cards in Markdown.

   Edit ruthlessly

   Delete trivia. Prefer atomic cards over dumping an entire lecture into one note.

4. 4.

   Export .apkg

   Import into Anki or Open in Neurako.

What carries over

• Text content you select for generation
• Not Wikilinks, backlinks, or Obsidian graph data
• Not embedded local image paths unless you re-attach media
